1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "pk86", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pk86 online gaming platform, operated by its internationally licensed parent company.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account with pk86 or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration with pk86.
• "Platform" means the pk86 website, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any software made available by pk86 to Players.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player using their own money, whether via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account by pk86 that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency of the pk86 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which pk86 verifies the identity and payment method of a Player prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using a bonus before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk86 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You further confirm that you have read and agree to the pk86 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing pk86 on behalf of any organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, sports betting markets, or promotions, which are published separately and shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with pk86, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk86 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the pk86 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your username, a valid Pakistani mobile number in 03XX format, and a secure password. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity during registration or at any subsequent point. pk86 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pk86 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify pk86 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pk86 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available at no cost to all registered players.

5 Deposits & Payments

pk86 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit is Rs100. No maximum deposit limit is set at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your pk86 account as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers typically credit within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited on the same business day when received before 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time, or on the following business day for transfers received after that time.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your pk86 account are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. pk86 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be subject to investigation and potential reversal.

pk86 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which pk86 accepts no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk86 account may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and used for a prior deposit, except where pk86 has approved an alternative method in writing following a support request. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the pk86 KYC verification process, which requires submission of a valid CNIC and confirmation of your registered payment method. KYC verification is a one-time process for each account. Once completed, subsequent withdrawals are processed without further documentation requests under normal circumstances.

pk86 targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 5–10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 24 hours on business days. pk86 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that may extend these timeframes in exceptional circumstances, but will communicate any delay to the affected player via their registered mobile number.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pk86 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are awarded in Bonus Balance and are subject to the wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions stated in the specific promotion terms applicable at the time of claiming.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply at pk86:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements are calculated on the Bonus Balance amount only, unless the promotion specifies a combined bonus-plus-deposit requirement.
• Real Money Balance is always wagered first, before Bonus Balance, unless the player's Real Money Balance is zero.
• Contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type: live casino games typically contribute 100%, slots 100%, sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as stated in promotion terms, and certain games may contribute 0%.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pk86 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have an active Bonus Balance at the time of cancellation will be notified and may be permitted to complete existing wagering requirements at pk86's discretion.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the pk86 platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and instant-win games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and others. Each game is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All non-live games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by eCOGRA or an equivalent recognised testing laboratory. Live dealer games are played from licensed studios with regulated dealing procedures and multi-camera oversight to ensure the integrity of each game round.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a Player's screen and the result recorded on pk86's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed definitive. Technical errors — whether on the Player's device, the Player's network, or pk86's systems — do not constitute grounds for a claim. pk86 is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's internet connection failing during a game round.

9 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at pk86 is governed by these general Terms and the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published on the relevant sports betting pages of the platform. In the event of any conflict, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.

Bets are accepted in PKR. The minimum bet per market is stated on the bet slip at the time of placement. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and player account status. pk86 reserves the right to restrict the maximum bet for any player or any market without prior notice.

Pre-match bets are settled at the odds shown at the time of placement. In-play (live) bets are settled at the odds shown at the time the bet is accepted by the system; there is an inherent delay in in-play markets and bets may be refused during this acceptance window. Cricket betting, including PSL markets, UCF fights, football, and kabaddi markets are covered at pk86 subject to availability and applicable trading decisions.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk86 platform. Violation of any of the below will result in suspension or permanent closure of the offending account(s) and forfeiture of any and all balances:

• Registering more than one account per individual
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using another person's identity or payment details, with or without their consent
• Colluding with other players to defraud pk86 or other players
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or hardware to interact with the platform other than a standard web browser
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the platform
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, if that prohibition extends to international platforms
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk86 staff or other players through any communication channel

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk86 platform — including but not limited to the pk86 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game assets, and data — is the property of pk86 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk86 platform without prior written authorisation from pk86. Unauthorised use of pk86 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk86's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or bet shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Balance in the Player's account at the time the claim arises.

pk86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or loss of opportunity, even if pk86 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to claims arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or any other legal theory.

pk86 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13 Responsible Gaming

pk86 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is designed for adult entertainment only and is not a means of generating income. All Players are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders through their account settings before commencing play.

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to use the pk86 self-exclusion tool, which is available in account settings and takes effect immediately upon activation. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, pk86 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account, though Players should be aware that no system is entirely infallible.

14 Account Closure & Suspension

You may request the closure of your pk86 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method, net of any applicable conditions. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon account closure.

pk86 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, without prior notice, if there is reasonable belief that: the account has been used in violation of these Terms; the account holder is not eligible to hold an account; or continued account operation poses a risk to pk86, other players, or third parties. In all such cases, pk86 will communicate the reason for suspension or closure to the Player via their registered contact details, except where legal or regulatory restrictions prevent such disclosure.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pk86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via notification on the platform or via SMS to registered mobile numbers. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the pk86 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment. Your continued play after the effective date will be treated as unequivocal acceptance.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk86 holds its international gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, except as otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise disputes through pk86's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. pk86 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 30 business days. Disputes relating to game outcomes will be resolved by reference to the server-side game logs, which shall be treated as definitive.
